Questions
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your texts arrive with their other messages, and they reply the way they'd reply to anyone.
What do I need to sign up?
A registered business or nonprofit with a federal tax ID number (an EIN). The phone companies ask for it when we register you.
What is the setup fee for?
Before a business can text its customers, the phone companies have to approve it. The setup fee covers getting you approved, and we handle it for you.
How long does approval take?
That's up to the phone companies, so we can't promise a date. While you wait, you can add your customers and set up your reminders and automations, and they start as soon as you're approved.
How do I get customers on my list?
Import the list you already have. New customers can sign up with a form on your website, or by texting a word like JOIN to your number.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Your plan is billed monthly, and you can stop at any time.
Is there any business you can't work with?
