By using SendCentric you agree to these terms. If you are using SendCentric on behalf of a business or organization, you agree on its behalf.

Eligibility

SendCentric is for registered businesses and organizations. You confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you apply with.

Acceptable use

SendCentric is for messaging recipients who have consented to hear from you. We don't support healthcare, financial services, or debt collection use cases.

We also don't support carrier-prohibited content, including adult content, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, or cannabis.

SMS communications

By providing your phone number and agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive text messages from SendCentric. Depending on how you use SendCentric, these messages may include account and service notifications (such as application status, setup, and billing updates), customer care replies, and marketing or promotional messages about features, offers, and updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or email info@sendcentric.com. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; STOP, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE all opt you out.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to use SendCentric. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Billing

Access begins after we review your request. We'll send a secure checkout link before setup; your plan is billed from the date you start.

Termination

You can stop using SendCentric at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms or carrier requirements are not met.
