We collect the details you provide when you apply (your name, business, and contact information), your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent when you choose to receive text messages, and the data needed to send messages on your behalf.

How we use it

We use your data to review your request, set up your account, and operate the service.

Text messaging

When you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to send the messages you signed up for, and we keep a record of your opt-in consent as proof of that permission.

Your opt-in applies only to SendCentric and is not transferred or assigned to anyone else. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

Sharing

No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share data with the providers that make messaging work (such as our carrier partners), only as needed to run the service.

Retention

We keep the content of text messages for 90 days, after which it is deleted automatically.

Records we retain longer, to meet legal, carrier, and tax obligations — your opt-in and opt-out consent records, monthly usage summaries, and message delivery statistics — are kept for as long as your account is open and as the law requires.
